1. Our commitment

We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, enlarge text, use high-contrast modes, or prefer reduced motion.

Accessibility is not only a design preference for us. We serve customers on behalf of other companies, and we employ and train people with a range of abilities, consistent with Republic Act No. 7277 (Magna Carta for Persons with Disability), Batas Pambansa Blg. 344 (Accessibility Law) and Republic Act No. 10524 on employment of persons with disability.

2. Standard we aim for

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We assess this ourselves rather than through a third-party audit, so we describe our status as partially conformant: most of the site meets the standard, and we fix what we find.

3. What we have done

  • Semantic HTML structure with landmarks, one h1 per page and a logical heading order.
  • A "skip to content" link as the first focusable element on every page.
  • Visible focus outlines on every interactive element, and full keyboard operation — including the mobile menu and the FAQ accordions, which are native details elements.
  • Text and interface colours checked for WCAG AA contrast against their backgrounds.
  • Text that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a 320 px viewport, and remains usable when zoomed to 200%.
  • Form fields with persistent, programmatically associated labels, required fields marked in text as well as visually, and status messages announced to assistive technology.
  • Decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology; meaningful graphics given text alternatives.
  • Animation that respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting — the marquee, scroll reveals and transitions all stop when you ask your system to reduce motion.
  • All content readable with JavaScript disabled; scripts only enhance.
  • Correct lang attributes, so screen readers pronounce the page properly.

4. Known limitations

We would rather name these than pretend they do not exist:

  • Non-Latin text samples. Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese words appear in English-language pages to show the languages we teach. Where these are decorative we hide them from screen readers; where they carry meaning they are accompanied by the English name.
  • Third-party embeds. Any map or video embedded in future is controlled by its provider and may not meet the same standard. We will offer a text alternative, such as the address in plain text and written directions.
  • Documents. Proposals and policy documents sent as PDFs may not be fully tagged for accessibility. Ask us and we will provide an accessible or plain-text version.

5. Alternative formats and assistance

If any part of this site or any document we send is difficult for you to use, we will give you the same information another way — by email in plain text, by telephone, in large print, or read aloud by a member of staff. There is no cost and you do not need to explain why.

6. Tell us about a barrier

We treat accessibility reports as bugs, not as suggestions.

  • Use the contact form and start your message with “Accessibility”

Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what technology you were using. We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to fix confirmed barriers within 30 days, or to give you a date and a workaround if a fix will take longer.

7. Review

We re-test the site when we change it and at least once a year, using keyboard-only navigation, a screen reader, contrast checking and automated tooling. This statement is updated with each review.
