  • No hidden fees. Our quotations state the full commercial terms. We do not introduce charges that were not in the proposal.
  • No recruitment fees, ever. Applicants are never charged for any part of our hiring process. See our fair recruitment notice.
  • No sale of personal data. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use client data to train third-party models.
  • No subcontracting without consent. We do not hand your programme to another provider without your written agreement.
  • Honest marketing. We do not publish client names, logos or case studies without written permission, and we do not quote metrics we cannot evidence.
