Careers

Work that uses everything you know, including the language you taught yourself at 1am.

We hire customer experience professionals, language speakers, trainers and support staff across the Philippines. Permanent roles, legally mandated benefits, and training that continues after onboarding ends.

01

Paid and protected properly

Written employment contracts, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG contributions, night differential, holiday pay, 13th month pay, and leave credits in line with Philippine labour law.

02

Language pays here

Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Thai and Bahasa speakers are paid a language premium — and staff can study the next level with us at no or reduced cost.

03

A path, not a seat

Agent to senior agent, subject-matter expert, trainer, quality analyst or team lead. We promote internally first and tell you what the next step requires.

Hiring process

How to apply

Apply through the contact form — choose “Careers and recruitment”, tell us the role you want and the languages you speak, and we will reply with the next step. We answer every application, including the ones we turn down.

  1. Application review

We read your CV against the role profile. If there is a fit now or soon, we contact you within five working days.

  2. Initial interview

A conversation about your experience, what you want next, and your schedule constraints. Usually by video call.

  3. Assessment

Role-relevant assessment: English or target-language proficiency, a typing and comprehension check, and a short situational exercise.

  4. Final interview

With the operations lead for the account, and in some cases with the client. We explain the programme, the schedule and the compensation in full.

  5. Offer & onboarding

A written job offer, pre-employment requirements, then paid training. Nobody takes a live customer contact before training is complete.

Fair recruitment notice — please read.

Alaya Business Process Outsourcing never charges applicants any fee at any stage of recruitment — no application fee, training fee, placement fee, processing fee, uniform deposit or "reservation" payment. We will never ask you to send money, buy load, pay through a remittance centre, or hand over your bank card, e-wallet PIN or one-time passwords.

We only ever contact applicants from an @alaya.biz address or through this website. Job offers are issued in writing and signed. If someone contacts you claiming to recruit for Alaya and asks for payment, it is a scam — please report it to us through the contact form and to the Department of Labor and Employment.

Applicant privacy. The CV and personal data you send are processed only to assess your application, in line with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). We keep unsuccessful applications on file for up to one year in case a suitable role opens, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. See our Privacy Notice for applicants and your data subject rights.

We do not discriminate on the basis of sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, religion, ethnicity, disability, civil status, pregnancy or health status, and we comply with the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, the Solo Parents' Welfare Act, the Safe Spaces Act and the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act in our workplace policies.
